PCL Reconstruction with Achilles Graft Using FiberLoop® with FiberTag™ Rip-Stop Technique

Thomas M. DeBerardino, MD, (Farmington, CT) demonstrates arthroscopic, double bundle, inlay PCL reconstruction. The femoral side is prepared by attaching ACL TightRope® suture to Achilles tendon with FiberLoop® with FiberTag™ sutures using a rip-stop stitching technique. The tibial bone plug is fixated using the PCL TightRope. Femoral and tibial sockets are created with the FlipCutter® and RetroConstruction™ PCL guides.
