The Mini Fragment System (or “Mini Frag”) is designed to aid in the reduction and fixation of small and long bone trauma injuries. The tray modularity offers screw and plate options in 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm, and 2.7 mm sizes. With a wide array of plates to fit a multitude of trauma needs, the Mini Fragment System is a keystone addition to the Arthrex Trauma portfolio.

Patella SuturePlate™ II
To address various types of fractures, the Patella SuturePlate™ II system offers three types of plates in different sizes. All plates are made of titanium and have a low-profile thickness of 1.6 mm with screws sitting flush on the plate. Suture holes in the plate can be optionally used for soft-tissue reattachment or ligament bracing.

Titanium Ankle Fracture System
Arthrex offers a wide variety of solutions in our ankle fracture portfolio, including titanium plating options. Plate offerings include locking third tubular plates, 3.5 mm reconstruction plates, and the locking distal fibular plate. Each plate is designed for use with the Syndesmosis TightRope® XP implant and includes a compression hole in the proximal shaft of the plate. The distal fibular plate also includes 3.0 mm variable-angle locking screws distally and suture eyelets for the addition of the AITFL InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation procedure.

Titanium Proximal Tibial Plating System
The Arthrex Proximal Tibia Plating System builds on the Titanium Distal Tibia Plating System with the addition of lateral and posteromedial proximal tibia plating options, plateau-specific instruments, and longer screws. All plates accept 4.0 mm fixed-angle locking, 3.5 mm variable-angle locking, and 3.5 mm cortical screws. A T10 driver can be used for all screw sizes.
