ACL Reconstruction With Patella Tendon Graft Using BTB TightRope® Fixation System and InternalBrace™ Technique

Dr. Smith explains how to properly load the BTB TightRope^® system with FiberTape^® suture for the InternalBrace technique. The tibia is fixated with the FastThread™ BioComposite interference screw.
