IntraOsseous BioPlasty® (IOBP®) Surgical Technique for a Bone Marrow Lesion of the Hip

This animation demonstrates the treatment of a bone marrow lesion of the femoral head using the IntraOsseous BioPlasty® technique, including core decompression of the lesion and direct application of a platelet-rich plasma concentrate from bone marrow aspirate (cPRPBMA) using the Arthrex Angel® cPRP and bone marrow processing system.
