Martin Wells, MB ChB, (South Africa) discusses long-term results of using the Mini TightRope^® for CMC Suspensionplasty. Dr. Wells’ study included 79 patients with a minimum follow-up of one year and 49 patients with a minimum follow-up of 2 years. Patients with the CMC Mini TightRope started rehabilitation 10 days post-op, reducing the time of immobilization by 4-6 weeks.
