Double Drilling Technique for CMC Mini TightRope®

Abigail Freigang (Arthrex® Product Manager, Distal Extremities) discusses an alternative double drilling technique that can be used to place the CMC Mini TightRope® construct during a CMC suspensionplasty. By drilling each bone independently, the surgeon can directly visualize each of the drill holes that may assist in accurate placement of the Mini TightRope.
