Endoscopic Approach to Interlaminar Discectomy

Sohrab Gollogly, MD (Monterey, CA), demonstrates the technique for accessing posterior disc herniations in the lower lumbar spine with the endoscopic interlaminar approach. This approach allows for less damage to the paraspinous musculature,¹ faster recovery,² and high-definition visualization of the pathological anatomy.
