Knotless SwiveLock® Anchor System Product Demonstration Video

John Sodeika (Arthrex® Director, Product Management [Upper Extremity]) describes the versatility of the Knotless SwiveLock® anchor system. He reviews sizes and material options and how these anchors can be used for soft-tissue fixation throughout the body, from shoulder instability and cuff repair to MPFL reconstruction, InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation repair, and Achilles repair. Cadaveric demonstrations of a knotless subscapularis SpeedFix™ repair and double-row supraspinatus SpeedBridge™ repair are shown as examples of how to incorporate this system.

The InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament. The InternalBrace technique is for use during soft tissue-to-bone fixation procedures and is not cleared for bone-to-bone fixation.
