Pectoralis Major Repair Using the Pec Button Repair Kit

James Guerra, MD (Naples, FL) performs pectoralis major repair on a power lifter using the new Pec Repair Implant Delivery System. He highlights the benefits of combining FiberTape® with titanium Pec Buttons to securely and anatomically reattach the tendon’s small footprint. The new 3.2 mm x 11 mm Pec Button is mounted on a threaded inserter and has large slots that can accept two FiberTapes with needles. The ends of the button are chamfered to facilitate easy unicortical flipping.
