Knotless Acromioclavicular Repair

Gregory S. DiFelice, MD (New York, NY), demonstrates an acute AC repair using a knotless, push-through AC implant. This procedure is performed through a small incision and the tunnels are drilled under fluoroscopic guidance. The implant can also be inserted under fluoroscopic guidance, allowing for a minimally invasive, percutaneous AC repair.
