Flexible Arthroscopy Retractor for PCL Surgery Cadaveric Demonstration

Bruce A. Levy, MD, (Rochester, MN) demonstrates the use of a Flexible Arthroscopic Retractor (FAR) in PCL surgery. FAR is made of tear resistant polyurethane and is designed to improve visualization in the posterior aspect of the knee by retracting soft tissue in PCL procedures such as avulsions or PCL reconstructions. FAR may also be used in other procedures in the back of the knee where the capsule needs to be out of the way such as in loose body removal, meniscal root repairs or popliteal cyst debridement.
