Knotless SpeedFix™ Rotator Cuff Repair Cadaveric Demonstration Using the SwiveLock® and FiberTape®

Stephen Burkhart, MD, (San Antonio, TX) uses a BioComposite™ SwiveLock® with FiberTape® to complete a quick, secure and low profile supraspinatus repair. He also demonstrates use of an additional Rip-Stop suture that can be incorporated when poor rotator cuff tissue is encountered. The SpeedFix Rip-Stop is a great knotless alternative to a triple loaded suture anchor that requires knots. Dr. Burkhart also highlights use of the FastPass Scorpion™ to easily pass and retrieve his FiberTape and uses a PowerPick™ to prepare a bleeding bone bed in the rotator cuff footprint.
