Labral Reconstruction of the Hip Using IT Band Autograft

Carl Wierks, MD, (Holland, MI) performs a cadaveric surgical demonstration of a knotless acetabular labral reconstruction using an iliotibial band autograft and Arthrex^® 2.9 mm Hip PushLock^® anchors from the Hip Labral Repair and Reconstruction Kit. Dr. Wierks provides a detailed overview of his technique for measuring the segmental labral defect, preparing the iliotibial band autograft and final graft implantation to restore the suction seal of the hip joint.
