Distal Clavicle Fractures

Gautam Yagnik, MD, (Miami, FL) presents several challenging distal clavicle fracture cases where he utilizes Dog Bone™ Button technology in conjunction with an allograft wrapped around the coracoid to reduce the fracture. Dr. Yagnik shows how this technique is an excellent alternative to treat fractures that may not be amenable to traditional plate fixation due to fracture location, severe comminution or ligamentous disruptions.
