TFCC Repair Without Tunnels

Gustavo Mantovani, MD, (San Paulo, Brazil) presents the TFCC repair technique which aids in the repair of both volar and dorsal components of the TFCC to the distal ulna using a knotless Mini PushLock® anchor. FiberWire® suture is passed both volarly and dorsally through the TFCC and secured to the distal ulna without using a bone tunnel.
