Knotless Acetabular Labral Repair Using a Toggle Stitch Configuration with 2.4 mm Mini Hip PushLock® Anchors

Carl H. Wierks, MD, (Grand Rapids, MI) demonstrates an acetabular labral repair using a toggle stitch configuration with a 2.4 mm Mini Hip PushLock^® anchor. In this cadaveric demonstration, he uses the Hip Labral Scorpion™ suture passer for passing either a #0 FiberWire^® suture or SutureTape in a unique configuration that allows for increased labral control, and helps facilitate proper tension to avoid eversion away from the femoral head.
