Multidirectional Glenohumeral Stabilization Using Tensionable Knotless Anchor Technology

Grant H. Garcia, MD (Seattle, WA), presents a case of multidirectional instability in which he used a tensionable, knotless technique to stabilize the injury. Dr. Garcia explains a suture-passing technique to add extra capsule tension with the rotation lasso suture passer. The repair is completed using Knotless 1.8 FiberTak® soft anchors placed in the anterior and posterior glenoid.
