All-Inside, All-Epiphyseal QuadLink™ ACLR: FiberTag® TightRope® II Implant and Pediatric Guides

Paul Saluan, MD (Cleveland, OH), demonstrates an all-epiphyseal ACL reconstruction (ACLR) using the all-inside QuadLink™ technique with pediatric small-angle marking hooks and the FlipCutter® III drill to safely avoid the physis. Dr. Saluan also uses the new FiberTag® TightRope® II implant, featuring the TightRope II button, a flat-tape TightRope loop, a shorter minimum loop length, and an improved atraumatic needle.
