BioHumi™ Technique for a Humeral Head Osteochondral Defect

Paul E. Caldwell, MD (Richmond, VA), presents a case in which he treated an osteochondral defect of the humeral head using the BioHumi™ technique and an elliptical osteochondral allograft. The BioHumi technique is an emerging approach to address oblong defects in the humeral head with the BioUni® system.
