Bursal Acromial Reconstruction Case Presentation

Matt Ravenscroft, MBBS, FRCS (Manchester, UK), discusses bursal acromial reconstruction (BAR), an innovative technique for irreparable rotator cuff tears. Mr. Ravenscroft uses the BAR technique to attach ArthroFlex dermal allograft to the underside of the acromion, which provides a protective covering that helps prevent humeral-acromial contact for pain relief in low-demand patients. He also shares his clinical results over the past 2 years and highlights a case example.
