ACL Preservation With the TightRope® Fixation System

Michael Bradley, MD (Wakefield, RI), demonstrates an ACL primary repair using TightRope^® fixation with repair sutures to reapproximate the ACL to the femoral wall. Additionally, Dr. Bradley reinforces the repair with FiberTape^® suture for the InternalBrace™ technique.
