Lisfranc Injury Repair With the InternalBrace™ Ligament Augmentation Procedure

Kirk A. McCullough, MD (Leawood, KS), demonstrates the repair of a Lisfranc injury with intercuneiform instability using the InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation system. InternalBrace repair addresses the intraosseous component of the Lisfranc ligament using a collagen-coated FiberTape^® suture with a metallic button on the second metatarsal and a 4.75 mm SwiveLock^® anchor in the medial cuneiform for knotless fixation.
