Minimally Invasive Bunion Correction Utilizing the Arthrex MIS Platform

Noman A. Siddiqui, DPM, (Baltimore, MD) demonstrates a minimally invasive bunion correction using the Arthrex minimally invasive surgery (MIS) product platform. Dr. Siddiqui prefers the transverse metatarsal osteotomy to allow him not only to affect a large IM shift but to also bring the sesamoid bones back into proper alignment. Upon fixating the metatarsal osteotomy, Dr. Siddiqui also performs an MIS Akin procedure.
