As âncoras FiberTak RC 2.6 foram projetadas especificamente para cirurgiões que preferem uma âncora de sutura completa para a fileira medial no reparo do manguito rotador. Eles podem ser combinados com âncoras SwiveLock® C sem nós para a linha lateral. A exclusiva âncora FiberTak RC 2.6 possui uma sutura FiberTape® 1.7 anexada à bainha para evitar o deslizamento, facilitando a tensão lateral para uma construção totalmente sem nós. A âncora FiberTak RC 2.6 está disponível com um mecanismo tensionável sem nós ou com uma SutureTape deslizante de 1,3 mm que pode ser incorporada ao reparo ou descartada para máxima flexibilidade.

O insersor autoperfurante para âncoras FiberTak selecionadas permite a inserção direta no osso sem criar um soquete pré-perfurado para inserção no osso. O insersor autoperfurante FiberTak pode ser usado com ou sem um fio-guia e pode ser colocado diretamente no osso ou usado com uma técnica de inserção transtendão.
