Use the guide and drill to precisely create a pilot hole on the acetabular rim and insert the suture anchor through the guide, maintaining the same drill trajectory. Pass and shuttle the suture into the locking mechanism, allowing controlled tension of the repair suture for knotless soft-tissue fixation under direct visualization.

Procedure

Achieve labral fixation by placing sutures through the labrum in simple or labral base stitch configurations using any Arthrex suture passer. Standard and Knotless SutureTak® and FiberTak® anchors should be placed prior to passing the repair suture, while PushLock® anchors should be placed after passing the repair suture.
