Achieve a simple, reproducible repair of the distal biceps with the BicepsButton implant systems and associated tension-slide technique. Using a titanium BicepsButton implant, this technique reliably seats the tendon against the far cortex of the bone socket to maximize the surface area for tendon-to-bone healing. A tenodesis screw adds to the construct strength and helps place the tendon at the more anatomic crescent-shaped insertion. FiberLoop® suture, which is included, also reduces time spent whipstitching the tendon while the button inserter allows for a simplified, less traumatic single-incision repair.

The Deltoid Ligament Reconstruction Implant System provides a turnkey repair technique to treat this previously difficult to manage pathology using a TightRope® and gold standard Bio-Tenodesis Screws. Utilizing the TightRope construct provides the benefit of cortical fixation and gives surgeons complete control of the final construct tension. By using a free tendon graft to recreate both the superficial and deep deltoid ligament attachments, surgeons are able to achieve a reproducible, rigid, anatomic reconstruction for patients presenting with medial sided ligament laxity.

This convenient all-in-one implant kit includes all of the necessary implants and instrumentation to perform this procedure. 
Designed to be used in conjunction with our presutured and sized allograft, Arthrex® removes all of the guesswork from the repair technique and allows physicians to focus on the task at hand.

Deltoid Ligament Reconstruction

The UCL Instrument Set makes precise sockets and tunnels along with easy suture/graft passage and includes all the instrumentation needed to perform elbow UCL reconstructions. It will accommodate all techniques including the Modified Jobe technique, Docking technique, DANE TJ technique, as well as any technique using Tenodesis Screws or button fixation with sockets. 

 
This set allows the precise placement of bone tunnels and sockets in the ulna and humeral epicondyle using guided instruments, drills and/or reamers. A recommended disposables kit provides novel instruments to easily pass sutures through the prepared bone tunnels and sockets, making graft passage a quick and easy part of the case.

Elbow UCL Reconstruction Instrument Set

The Arthrex Pec Buttons are used for fixation of soft tissue-to-bone intended as fixation posts, a distribution bridge, or for distributing suture&nbsp;tension&nbsp;over areas of ligament or tendon repair. &nbsp;Each end of the buttons have an angled face to promote a toggle effect when the buttons contact the opposite cortex, enabling the Pec Buttons to be ideally suited for the repair of ruptures of the pectoralis major tendon back to bone. A unicortical pilot hole is formed with a drill bit and after attaching FiberWire®&nbsp;&nbsp;or FiberTape®&nbsp;sutures, the button is inserted in a unicortical fashion using the inserter.
The Pec Button is also available in an Implant Delivery Repair System and includes three buttons with attached sutures and needles, the inserter and a 3.2 mm&nbsp;drill in sterile&nbsp;packaging.
The Large Pec Button is also available in an Implant Delivery Repair System and includes three buttons pre-loaded onto Inserters, FiberTape and #5 FiberWire with needles and a 3.7 mm drill in sterile packaging.

As part of the distal biceps repair procedure, the tension-slide technique with the BicepsButton™ implant provides a simple, reproducible, and biomechanically stable repair. This tensioning technique reliably draws the tendon against the distal cortex of the bone socket. Adding a tenodesis screw improves the biomechanical strength and allows the tendon to be placed in a more anatomic position.
The all-suture FiberTak® button can be used in lieu of traditional metal buttons for both bicortical and unicortical tension-slide tenodesis techniques.
