Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As an orthopedic foot and ankle sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our foot and ankle product lines and managing key accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background, experience in leadership and excellent communication skills. Experience in orthopedic sales is required. The territory includes Louisville, KY and Lexington, KY and will require travel to both locations every week.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Be an expert in our foot and ankle product portfolios
  • Educational trainings for the sales representatives on new products, and for new hires on the entire product portfolio
  • Executing medical education events and cadaver labs for clients and potential clients

Requirements

  • Medical sales: 3 years (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience in orthopedic medical sales or a related field
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical sales knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to travel between Louisville and Lexington, KY weekly
  • Own transportation - no company car offered
