Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As an Biologics Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our biologics product line and managing key accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong medical sales background, experience in leadership and excellent communication skills. Experience in orthopedic or spine sales is required. The territory includes Louisville, KY and Lexington, KY and will require travel to both locations every week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Be an expert in our biologics product portfolio
- Educational training for the sales representatives on new products and for new hires on the entire product portfolio
- Executing medical education events and cadaver labs for clients and potential clients
