Position Overview: The Imaging and Resection Manager plays a crucial role in meeting predetermined sales targets within their designated territory, focusing on capital products. This position involves establishing and nurturing customer relationships through regular communication and in-person visits. The manager must maintain in-depth knowledge of our leading product portfolio and provide consultation to surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve: Surpass sales goals for the territory. Meet and exceed sales targets for Arthrex Capital Products within the Distributor territory.
- Represent: Engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals as a representative of Foundation Medical, an authorized Arthrex agency.
- Position: Work with surgeons and healthcare executives to establish Foundation Medical/Arthrex as an industry leader.
- Contribute: Enhance the Agency/Arthrex Teams' reputation as a premier partner for our Accounts. Participate fully in trials by gathering information, preparing materials, and conducting post-trial follow-up. Provide Monthly Progress Updates.
- Collaborate: Work with Sales Managers and Teams to develop and execute new sales strategies and marketing plans. Work with the Distributor Manager for coaching and mentoring. Share knowledge with peers and customers.
- Ensure: Verify fiscal feasibility, obtain necessary approvals, and communicate equipment needs to manage costs effectively. Ensure accurate reporting of Sales Figures, Quotas, and planning worksheets.
- Engage: Communicate clearly, coach effectively, and collaborate respectfully to build strong relationships.
- Communicate: Update current and new customer accounts, Team Managers, and Technical Consultants on various topics. Recognize new prospects' needs and respond appropriately through various communication methods. Conduct field calls and operating room consultations.
- Monitor: Track the cost-effectiveness of trials and equipment purchases over time. Keep updated on the Agency’s Capital Inventory and payment plans. Identify opportunities to place unused equipment.
- Develop: Create processes for optimal data tracking and maintain a Customer Profile and Target List.
- Promote: Manage new product introductions and promote additional products as they become available.
- Uphold Compliance: Protect information privacy, act with integrity, report noncompliance, and adhere to laws and Company policies.
- Collect: Gather competitive data, stay updated on industry trends, and share relevant information with Sales Teams.
- Participate: Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours as needed.
