Sawtooth Surgical Solutions is seeking an accomplished and highly self-motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Southern Idaho geography. As a rapidly growing Arthrex Agency, we offer a comprehensive line of highly differentiated, innovative technology and disposable products. This pivotal role involves mastering the sales process, developing and expanding your own accounts, and providing robust support to the territory's team, including delivering products to surgeons and managing existing accounts.

Key Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the medical device industry, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and grow accounts. A background in implant sales to orthopedic and sports medicine accounts is highly desirable but not required. We seek individuals who are self-driven, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and exhibit a deep passion for advancing in the medical device sales industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team Support: Collaborate with the territory's team by delivering products to surgeons and maintaining their accounts.
• Sales Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals for the territory.
• Product Promotion: Promote our products to a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Account Growth: Expand your portfolio by nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Skill Development: Refine your sales techniques through ongoing learning and mentoring from experienced sales representatives and managers.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure enduring partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven sales background, ideally with experience in sports, sports medicine, or competitive environments.
• Knowledge of human anatomy is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical information related to surgery and procedures.
• Comfort and experience in surgery/operating room environments.
