About the role:

6 month contract with the view to go permanent or be extended.

With a key focus on customer excellence, you will work in a fast paced team that requires analytical thinking and attention to detail. 

Reporting the the ANZ Customer Service Manager, you manage inbound calls and emails from both external customers (hospitals) and internal staff (sales team) where you will will process all orders in our SAP order management platform and attend to queries. 

You will resolve and troubleshoot calls to meet customer needs and coordinate with the 3PL team for delivery process including; pick & pack, invoicing, courier pickup, providing dispatch details and tracking to customers and to our commercial team.

Requirements

About you:

  • Customer service experience in a similar role 
  • Order processing experience essential
  • Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system such as Oracle/JDE
  • Strong understanding of reverse logistics would be ideal
  • Excellent communication skill (oral and written)
  • Strong customer service orientation,
  • Positive attitude and a team player,
  • Excellent technical aptitude - confident using email and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Strong work ethic and a proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Learning agility,
  • Able to work from our Frenchs Forest head office 2-3 days per week 
  • Able to commit to a rotating shift roster - ranging from 8am - 6pm
  • A resilient and tenacious character with string work ethic 
  • You thrive in a fast changing environment and you don't shy away from going the extra mile both for your team and customers

 

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • $60k to $70k base + superannuation,
  • Once in a permanent contract benefits and package includes: $3.5k in additional cash allowances (for health insurance & wellness) + ~10% annual bonus
