The Surgical Mat™ and The Mini Mat™ * were designed to address three operating room issues: comfort, safety and fluid buildup. Both mats are constructed of a resilient memory foam material which gives the surgeon, nurse and surgical technician relief and support when standing on hard concrete floors and steel step stools. The mats incorporate a non-slip, molded foam design with custom, tapered fluid channels. These channels aid in keeping the surgical team’s feet dry and reduce the risk of tracking fluid throughout the OR. The Surgical and Mini Mats are ideal for all surgical procedures and are latex free.

Manufactured using 60% recycled materials, Dri-Safe pads are super absorbent and designed to be placed wherever fluids buildup most—at the scrub sink and on lab station and OR floors. Available in two sizes and variations for wet and dry floor usage, Dri-Safe pads are designed to provide a safe and clean OR working environment. Poly-backed pads securely grip dry floors and lock in fluids, while non–poly-backed pads are designed to cover wet floors and absorb excess fluids.&nbsp;
 
Dri-Safe pads promote safety by preventing slips and falls related to wet floors and reducing the possible transmission of harmful contaminants to health care providers. Economical and simple, disposable Dri-Safe pads help reduce expensive laundry costs.

Dri-Safe® Absorbent Pads


Containing fluids and streamlining clean-up procedures has never been easier than it is with the new Arthrex EcoDri-Safe absorbent rolls. These economical, disposable floor pads are ideal for use wherever fluids build up, including in the OR, around scrub sinks, and on lab station floors. Our super absorbent, disposable floor pads may eliminate expensive laundry costs and may reduce OR turnover times.
EcoDri-Safe rolls help prevent slips and falls, and may minimize the transmission of harmful contaminants to health care providers. The pads enable quicker post-op clean-up and, with efficient disposal, they may help prevent cross-contamination.
The 28 in × 100 ft rolls are perforated every 20 inches to create 60 easy-to-tear-off 20 in × 28 in floor mats from every roll.

EcoDri-Safe™* Absorbent Rolls

The Fluid Diamond (USA-FDX) is a disposable floor aspirator designed to quickly and quietly remove arthroscopic fluids from the operating room to create a safe working environment. Because of the unique shape, it can slide further underneath a stationary object to remove hard to reach fluids as well as reach into corners where round designs cannot reach. It also has multiple ports to allow any fluids that may drip onto it to quickly migrate to the bottom of the Fluid Diamond to be quickly evacuated.

The EcoSuctioner* mat is one of the latest offerings in ergonomic fluid containment surgical mats from Arthrex. As the largest ergonomic comfort mat on the market at 28 in × 40 in, it is large enough for two people to stand on comfortably.
The EcoSuctioner mat's whisper-quiet suction tube is fed by gravity channels to assist in managing fluid and keeping the surgical floor dry. The bottom of the EcoSuctioner mat is coated with a nonslip material that helps to contain any excess fluid and keep the mat in place during the surgical procedure.

The SuctionBlu* disposable surgical mat combines the absorbency of the poly-backed Dri-Safe®* pad and the nonslip, anti-fatigue memory foam construction of The EcoSuctioner®* mat with powerful, quiet, continuous suction capability. These features add up to ensure a drier, safer, and cleaner operating room.
The graduated slots on The SuctionBlu mat use gravity to direct fluids towards the suction tube. The SuctionBlu mat easily attaches to any operating room vacuum source in seconds and efficiently manages unwanted fluids, keeping them off of the OR floor. The SuctionBlu mat is smaller and more economical than the EcoSuctioner mat but larger than The Suctioner mat.

The Suctioner™* disposable surgical mat combines the absorbency of the poly backed Dri-Safe™* Pad and the non-slip, anti-fatigue memory foam construction of the Surgical Mat with powerful, quiet, continuous suction capability. These features help to ensure a drier, safer and cleaner operating room.
The Suctioner has graduated slots to move fluid via gravity towards lateral suction tubes. It easily attaches to any operating room vacuum source in seconds and efficiently manages unwanted fluids, keeping them off of the OR floor. The antimicrobial properties of The Suctioner may also aid in reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
