Arthrex's autoclavable ENT scopes are made using the same high standards as our Synergy scopes. Featuring superb image quality, the scopes provide durability with a distal sapphire lens and laser welding. The scopes are available in a variety of lengths and directions of view to accommodate multiple needs in the OR.

Instrument Cases
Arthrex® offers several instrument cases for the Synergy video equipment that allow safe transport to and from the OR. All the arthroscope brackets in each case are designed for C-Mount or Eye-Coupler Synergy Scopes. They also accommodate short or long handle obturators. The laparoscope cases are updated to now hold two of each scope (either two 5.5 mm or two 10 mm or one of each.)

Insufflation
The Synergy Insufflator has a volumetric flow rate of 50 L to quickly fill the abdomen. The intuitive touch screen interface allows for quick and easy adjustment to the system. Pressure and volumetric flow rate can be adjusted based on preference between high flow and bariatric mode. The heads-up display allows for easy visibility of system settings on the monitor. The system features a venting system, contamination alarm and integrated gas heating.

Arthrex revolutionized laparoscopes by redesigning the optics to increase the clarity and resolution for the Synergy imaging system. All Arthrex laparoscopes are fully autoclavable and offer superior image quality. Arthrex's laparoscopes provide enhanced depth of field, brightness, field of flatness, and contrast. The distal, scratch-resistant sapphire lens and laser welding process ensure durability. Laparoscopes are offered in 3 mm, 5.5 mm, and 10 mm sizes and in various lengths to accommodate every endoscopic need. For near-infrared fluorescence imaging, Arthrex offers a selection of 4K NIR laparoscopes, which achieve the best possible image quality for both visible light and near-infrared light. The surgeon's surgical image will be far superior with the enhanced visualization provided by the SynergyUHD4™ or SynergyID™ imaging system paired with Arthrex's 4K laparoscopes.
StarFish™ Scope Rotation Attachment
StarFish™ Scope Rotation Attachment
The StarFish™ Scope Rotation Attachment is a rotational control device that easily attaches to the proximal end of the arthroscope, enabling the surgeon to change the direction of view of the scope with one hand. The StarFish enables the surgeon's non-camera hand to be continually engaged in instrument manipulation. The StarFish is available for eye-coupler and C-mount arthroscopes.
