Arthroscopic Biceps Tenodesis: Applications and Technique

Nikhil N. Verma, MD (Chicago, IL), discusses applications and treatment options for arthroscopic proximal biceps tenodesis. He presents a case in which he used a suprapectoral onlay technique with a knotted and knotless FiberTak^® suture anchor. The anchors were inserted through small drill holes, which can help reduce the risk of fracture, while the 2-anchor repair can help with cosmesis, particularly in younger more active patients.
