Lisfranc Repair With the InternalBrace™ Ligament Augmentation Procedure

Lorenzo Gamez, MD (Long Island, NY), demonstrates the use of the InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation repair for fixation of a Lisfranc injury. The InternalBrace ligament augmentation repair addresses the intraosseous component of the Lisfranc ligament by using a collagen-coated FiberTape^® suture with a metallic button on the second metatarsal and a 4.75 mm SwiveLock^® anchor in the medial cuneiform for knotless fixation.
