Tibiotalocalcaneal Fusion

Jesse Doty, MD, (Chattanooga, TN) presents a surgical case for tibiotalocalcaneal fusion using the Arthrex® Lateral Tibiotalocalcaneal (TTC) Fusion Plate from the Ankle Fusion Plating System. The lateral TTC plate includes multiple points of fixation in the talus, calcaneus and tibia with either 4.5 mm or 5.5 mm screws. In addition, the system includes four modes of compression: anatomic compression hole, oblong compression hole, the compression device and the 6.7 mm lag screws to help achieve fusion.
