ACL/PCL TriLink

Adrian Wilson, MBBS, (Basingstoke, U.K.) presents a novel,hybrid double bundle technique for ACL and PCL Reconstruction. Rationale,research and surgical technique are discussed for TriLink. TriLinkprovides the benefits of the All-Inside® GraftLink® ACL/PCLreconstruction with a double bundle femoral graft. ACL TightRope® fixationallows differential tensioning of the bundles with reproducible corticalfixation.
