AC Joint Reconstruction Using the Dog Bone™ Button Technique

James Guerra, MD (Naples, FL) demonstrates his arthroscopic technique for acute AC joint repair using Dog Bone Buttons and FiberTape®. In particular, he describes his technique using a FiberTape threaded through a Dog Bone Button to create a cinching mechanism which he uses to obtain initial reduction of the AC joint prior to tying the FiberTape over the button.
