James McWilliam, MD, (White Plains, NY), demonstrates the correction of a type III tailor’s bunion, characterized by a widened 4th-5th intermetatarsal angle, using a more proximal osteotomy on the 5th metatarsal, access at the 5th metatarsal styloid, and fixation with a bevel screw.
