Graft Preparation for CuffMend™ Posterior Approach

An ArthroFlex® dermal allograft is prepared for use in a CuffMend™ rotator cuff augmentation procedure, performed from a posterior approach. The graft preparation technique uses 5 sutures, and varies for left and right shoulder procedures.
