Superior Capsular Reconstruction Cadaveric Demonstration

Christopher Adams, MD, (Naples, FL) demonstrates the updated arthroscopic technique for reconstructing the superior capsule in patients with irreparable large rotator cuff tears with minimal no glenohumeral arthritis. This technique was co-developed with Alan M. Hirahara, MD, (Sacramento, CA) and uses ArthroFlex^®* allograft and FiberTape^®, SutureTak^® and SwiveLock^® anchors. Dr. Adams also highlights some of his pearls for measuring, passing and securing the ArthroFlex graft to reconstruct the superior capsule.
