Extensor Digitorum Brevis (EDB) Tendon Transfer utilizing the Arthrex 3x8 mm Tenodesis Screw™

Dane K. Wukich, MD, (Pittsburgh, PA) demonstrates an open extensor digitorum brevis (EDB) tendon transfer to correct multi-planar deformity of the lesser digits. By rerouting the EDB tendon through drill tunnels in the proximal phalanx and distal metatarsal, the deformity can be corrected as desired, with final fixation utilizing a 3 x 8 mm Tenodesis Screw™.
