Técnica con placa para clavícula

La elección de una placa distal o diáfisiaria se determina en función del sitio de la fractura. La fractura se mantiene en reducción mientras la placa se coloca sobre la clavícula y se fija temporalmente. Luego se asegura la placa usando tornillos bloqueantes o no bloqueantes. También se pueden utilizar lateralmente tornillos bloqueantes divergentes. La placa lateral también acepta el uso de Dog-Bone para la reconstrucción AC con el botón especial.
