Paul Brady, MD, (Knoxville, TN) describes his rationale and indications for arthroscopic repair of acromioclavicular joint injuries and clavicle fractures using Dog Bone Button technology. He shares research on associated pathology and details on his arthroscopic AC repair technique, including a technique for arthroscopic allograft passing around the coracoid. He also demonstrates a unique method of repairing distal clavicle fractures using precontoured plates and Dog Bone Buttons. The presentation was given at the 2013 Cowboy Way Meeting.
