All-Epiphyseal QuadLink™ ACLR With IT Band Tenodesis: FiberTag® TightRope® II, Knee FiberTak® Implants

Green, MD (New York, NY), demonstrate a QuadLink™ ACL reconstruction and IT band tenodesis using both transphyseal and all-epiphyseal techniques with pediatric small-angle marking hooks and the FlipCutter® III drill to safely avoid the physis, FiberTag® TightRope® II implants, a 17 mm TightRope ABS button for graft fixation, and a Double Knotless Knee FiberTak® implant for LET fixation.
