Addressing Complex Multidirectional Instability With the Knotless FiberTak® Anchor

Paul C. Brady, MD (Knoxville, TN), presents a challenging case in which he repairs a pan labral tear in the setting of multidirectional instability and decompression of a paralabral cyst. He uses an elevator instrument to prepare the soft tissue, then decompress the paralabral cyst.
