This technique demonstrates an innovative approach to securing an ACL that has avulsed off the femoral wall. Utilizing BioComposite™ SwiveLock and Scorpion™ Suture Passer, this ACL Primary Repair procedure allows the surgeon to address certain patterns of ACL ruptures, especially proximal tears with good tissue quality.
