Iliotibial Band Tenodesis Using the FiberTag® TightRope® Implant

Michael G. Baraga, MD (Miami, FL), demonstrates an iliotibial band (ITB) tenodesis procedure using the FiberTag^® TightRope^® implant for fixation on the femur. Adjustable cortical fixation allows for precise, incremental tensioning of the graft; ensures circumferential healing of the graft within the socket; preserves more native bone stock; and eliminates the risk of graft laceration when compared to interference screw techniques.
