Bursal Acromial Reconstruction for Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tears

Mr. Matt Ravenscroft, MBBS, FRCS (Manchester, UK), demonstrates a new innovative technique, bursal acromial reconstruction (BAR), for irreparable rotator cuff tears. He uses the BAR technique to simply attach ArthroFLEX^®* dermal allograft to the underside of the acromion, providing a protective covering that helps prevent humeral-acromial contact for pain relief in low-demand, elderly patients.
