Die BioACL™-Technik

Bei der BioACL™-Technik wird der eigene Knochen des Patienten mit dem GraftNet™-Gerät entnommen und mit autologer, bioaktiver Flüssigkeit gemischt, um alle für die Heilung notwendigen Komponenten bereitzustellen.

Mit dem Angel®-System oder dem Arthrex ACP®-Doppelspritzensystem wird konzentriertes thrombozytenreiches Plasma (cPRP) aus Knochenmarkaspirat (BMA) oder Vollblut gewonnen. Die autologe Mischung wird dann in die Knochenkanäle eingebracht, die bei einer ACL-Rekonstruktion angelegt wurden. In Verbindung mit der QuadLink™-Technik ist die BioACL-Technik das Nonplusultra bei dem anatomischen, minimal-invasiven und reproduzierbaren Ansatz von biologisch augmentierten Kreuzbandnähten.
